Freelancer gives you one person's bandwidth and one person's skill set. A cheaper agency usually gives you a template and a junior to run it. We treat your website as a business asset, not a deliverable, which means the work starts with what your site needs to do commercially, not what it should look like. You get senior attention on every project, and we stay accountable to the outcome, not just the launch

You see the direction early, before we build anything. We work through feedback in defined rounds, so you are never handed a finished site and asked to take it or leave it. If something is not landing, we change it. The goal is a site you are confident putting your name on.

Yes. Every file, every asset, the code, the content, the domain, the hosting account. It is all yours, handed over cleanly at the end. There is no lock-in and nothing held hostage.

We start with a working session to understand your business, your customers, and what the site needs to earn its place doing. From there you see the structure and direction before anything gets built. We move through design and development in clear stages, with a defined point for your feedback at each one. Nothing gets sprung on you at the end. You always know what stage we are at and what comes next.

It depends on scope, but we are not the cheapest option and we do not try to be. Most projects fall in a defined range, and we give you a fixed quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises. If budget is tight, we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Less than you would expect, but not zero. We need you properly for two things: the early session where we get the business context right, and the feedback points along the way. Between those, the work is on us. We are not going to chase you for daily input, and we are not going to disappear for three weeks either. If you can give us a few focused hours at the right moments, that is enough.

Yes, if you want us to. We offer ongoing support and maintenance as a separate arrangement. If you would rather run it in-house, we hand everything over so your team can. Either way, you are not stuck depending on us.
